The Campus Center Game Room is a multiple-use recreation location in the Campus Center, with a variety of table, board and electronic games. Specifically, there are four XBOX 360 stations, one pool table, one ping pong table, four chess/checkers tables, one karaoke system and one flat panel LCD television. It is equipped with an audio system and in-ceiling speakers. It is carpeted and painted in IUPUI school colors of red, black, white and yellow.
There is a permanent game room staff office, located at the front of the room and enclosed in sheet rock and glass. The television and audio systems are controlled from the office. All game equipment is requested and checked out from the office.
Reservations for the game room must adhere to all Campus Center room reservation policies, in addition to the following:
The Game Room is available for reservations during the following days/times:
Monday – Friday: 5pm – 9pm (7pm in Summer and Breaks)
Saturday: 8:00 am – 10:00 pm (5pm in Summer and Breaks)
Sunday: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (5pm in Summer and Breaks)
As the Game Room was built and intended for use by all members of the IUPUI campus community, removing this option from the community for even a short period of time comes with a cost. As such, the cost to reserve and use the Game Room is based on the IUPUI Campus Center reservation rate schedule:

Category C - $30/hour (must have an additional room reserved for same day/time)
Category D - $50/hour (must have an additional room reserved for same day/time)
Reservations will be made in 1-hour units, up to 4 hours. Extended reservations (beyond 4 hours) will incur double hourly rates.
Game Room reservations must be made at least 10 days prior to the requested time – this is to provide time for administrative processing and public notice of exclusive game room use (the reserving party will not be named, unless otherwise requested). Each sponsoring group/organization may only reserve the game room 2 times per month.
Game Room reservations must specify which games are requested for use, so that proper equipment set up can be completed and checked prior to the start of the reservation.
Reservations for the game room are considered to for the exclusive use of the reserving party, unless otherwise noted on the reservation. Signage will be posted by Game Room staff near the start time of the reservation, but the party reserving the room will be responsible for access to the Game Room.
Groups wishing to decorate the Game Room must follow Campus Center guidelines, as well as:
