Late Night Events Policy
Room Requests
Each registered student organization must submit an Authorization Form to register space in the Campus Center. This Authorization form gives specific individuals in the organization the ability to make requests and cancellations on behalf of their group.
Schools/departments have the option of submitting a similar form, if they only want specific individuals from the department to make Campus Center related room requests and cancellations.
This authorization form must be completed before a request form will be processed for the Campus Center.

Web Reservations
The IUPUI campus community now has a new service through the Campus Center. Reservations for meeting rooms can be made online by going to rooms.iupui.edu. Additionally, clients will be able look at availability on a specific date. You will still need to reserve Information Tables, Atrium, Prefunction Lounge, Gallery, and the Multipurpose Room by completing the Campus Center Room Request Form.
