Reserving Space on Campus
The forms below should be filled out for reserving space in CE, BS, CA, ES, LE, IT, ET, SL, LD, and NU (click here for a campus map with building codes). Be sure to submit forms a minimum of 5 days in advance of your event for the Campus Center and 10 days in advance for other buildings.
- Student Organization Authorization Form must be filled out annually
- Room Request Form must be filled out for each individual room request
- Space can be reserved for information tables in the campus center with the Information Table Request Form
- All forms must be printed and submitted to Campus Center room 278 or faxed to (317) 278-0828
- Special Events Applications
- Special Events Form should be filled out for large events, food fundraisers, outdoor events, or if you require other campus resources.
