Housing Rates for the 2013-14 Academic Year
Rates for all of our housing communities can be found using the above link.

The posted rates are effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 by action of the Indiana University Board of Trustees. The 2014-2015 rates will not be determined until Spring 2014.

Ball Residence Hall

Ball Residence Hall is a traditional co-ed residence hall housing 324 freshman students. Residents entering Ball Hall must be IUPUI first year students under the age of 21 with no more than 12 credit hours earned prior to moving in. Each student will have a twin bed, desk with chair, and dresser. Resident rooms also include a closet, window blinds, and waste basket. Ball Hall is not an air conditioned facility. Individual AC units are not permitted. Ball Residence Hall features a variety of programs and resources to support your success at IUPUI. Among these are a 24 hour computer lab, Academic Advisor, LYFE Leaders for academic and peer mentoring, and study tables. Ball Residence Hall is closed for winter break; during this time residents may leave their belongings in their room, but will not have access to the building.

Rates are per semester, per person, and include all utilities, including local telephone, high speed internet services and basic cable television.

New for Fall 2012 - Ball Hall residents will have access to FREE laundry!

Additional mandatory charges include:

• Residence Life Programming Fee of $35 per semester per student.
• Prepayment: All contracts require a $400 prepayment at the time the contract is signed and returned to the Housing Contracts and Assignments Office, which will be applied directly to housing rental charges.

Campus Apartments on the Riverwalk

The Campus Apartments on the Riverwalk, housing 739 residents, features private bedrooms within One, Two, or Four Bedroom apartments. Apartments are approximately 500 to 1250 square feet, are fully furnished, and include private bath(s). Each bedroom includes a full-size bed, desk, chair and chest of drawers. Living space includes a sofa, arm chair, entertainment center, end tables and dinette with chairs. Basic appliances include refrigerator, stove, full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. All apartments are equipped with individual heating and cooling systems.

Townhomes at IUPUI

The Townhomes at IUPUI, house 60 residents. These one and two bedroom units average between 650-800 sq. feet and feature private individual entrances. One bedroom units have one double occupancy bedroom. Two bedroom units have one double occupancy bedroom and one single occupancy bedroom. All resident rooms include twin beds, desks, chairs and dressers. Communal living space includes a sofa, entertainment center, end tables and dinette with chairs. Basic appliances include refrigerator, stove and full-size washer/dryer.

Park Place @ City Centre

Rates are per person and include ALL utilities. Additional mandatory charges include:

ALL communities include basic furnishings and all utilities including high speed Internet, local phone and basic cable.

Additional Fees and Notes

• All rates are listed per person.
• Park Place rents are billed through the Park Place office and are payable monthly.
• All other facility rents are billed in lump sum on a semester basis to your bursar account and are due according to bursar.
• Residence Life programming fee of $35.00 per semester, per person applies to all IUPUI housing residents.
• Rates for the following academic year are published in the spring.
