Housing Summer Rates
Ball Residence Hall and the Campus Apartments on the Riverwalk will be available for summer housing!
Summer housing requirements and notes:
- Move in and move out are offered Monday – Friday during regular business hours
- 30 day minimum stay required
- Must have valid IUPUI or Indiana University ID number
- Charges are prorated based on actual dates of occupancy
- Summer occupancy is only available for the following dates if you do not have a signed academic year housing contract:
Wednesday, May 9, 2012 through Monday, August 6, 2012
Additional Fees and Notes
- All rates are listed per person.
- Rent and communication package fees are billed in lump sum on a semesterly basis to the student's bursar account and are due according to bursar due dates.
- Residence Life Programming Fee is not applied for summer.
