Campus Apartments on the Riverwalk

Located on campus and a stone's throw from the Riverwalk along White River State Park, these apartments are the ideal setting for residential living.

Apartment style housing

One, two and four-bedroom fully furnished units, housing 747 (undergraduate, graduate and professional) students. Apartment furnishings include:

• Bedroom(s): Full-size bed, Desk, Chair, Dresser
• Living Space: Sofa, Chair, Entertainment center, End tables, Dinette with 4 chairs (2 chairs in the one and two bedroom apartments)
• Fully furnished kitchens: Refrigerator, oven/range, full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave

All apartments are equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling systems and each bedroom is wired for high-speed Internet access, telephone and basic cable (Telephone, Internet, and cable service are a separate communication fee).

The Corner

The Corner is a new space that serves to facilitate social networking and increase the feeling of community amongst apartment residents.
