Ball Residence Hall

Ball Residence Hall*, is a traditional co-ed residence hall housing 300 students in single, double and triple rooms. By living in Ball Residence Hall, residents automatically take part in Living Your Freshman Experience (LYFE), a first year residential learning community. It is dedicated to the housing and development of first year students by cultivating a residential community that significantly contributes to the students' overall learning objectives. All resident rooms include twin beds (mattress measures 38 x 79), desks and chairs, dressers, closet, window blinds, and wastebaskets. Utilities and basic cable service are included in the residence hall rental fees, which also include local phone service with voicemail. All resident rooms are wired for Internet access.

*Limited Availability - Incoming IUPUI Freshmen ONLY under the age of 21 entering the semester with no more than 12 college credit hours. Ball Residence Hall is not available to non-IUPUI students.

Ball Hall Winter Break Closing

Winter Break begins the day after finals end. All students are required to vacate/depart from the Residence Hall and will not have access to their room, however residents’ belongings can remain in their room. Ball Hall will reopen to students the Friday before classes resume. Specific dates and times are available from the Office of Housing and Residence Life.
