Lock Out
If you are locked out during business hours, you may borrow a duplicate key and/or building access card from the housing office at no charge for the first time only. The key/card must be returned within 30 minutes. Subsequent lock outs will result in a $10.00 lock-out charge per incident. Business hours for the Office of Housing and Residence Life are Monday—Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. If lock outs occur after business hours, you will need to contact the RA on duty for assistance.
