A complete listing of Policies and Procedures regarding Housing & Residence Life Space Reservations is available online. Priority will be given to Housing & Residence Life Events and those events that are open to the entire Housing & Residence Life Community.
All requests should be submitted at least five business days prior to the event. Submitting an e-mail does not guarantee an automatic approval. Reservations submitted on Friday will not be considered until the following week. The Housing & Residence Life Office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday — Friday. E-mail confirmation will be sent for spaces.Changes and cancellations need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to the event. Changes are subject to approval and based on availability and should not be considered approved until confirmation is given.
