Open to all students! All finalists will have premier seats for the Ishmael Beah campus presentation on March 12th and will be invited to a special reception and dinner with the author. The essay contest winner will also receive a $50 gift card to Barnes & Noble.
Essay Contest Information
Your essay should describe your personal reactions to A Long Way Gone. All essays should be 500 words, thoughtful and well-crafted. Essays should be submitted to Gayle Williams (gawillia@iupui.edu). Deadline: February 23, 2009
