IUPUI does not accept responsibility or liability for RSO's and their members. It is the responsibility of the student organization to understand the risks that are involved in any activity and any financial consequences that may result from their actions. Any claims against the student organization would be the responsibility of the student organization.

General liability coverage for student organization events may be available in some circumstances. RSOs interested in seeing if events are eligible can contact the IU Office of Risk Management at (812) 855-4913.
