Community Service

Community Service and Civic Engagement Staff, as part of the Center for Service and Learning and Office of Student Involvement, serve to support and connect students, faculty and staff with volunteer projects in the Indianapolis community. Students, faculty, staff, and community partners are urged to contact our office for assistance in finding, planning or funding an educationally meaningful community service project.

Center for Service & Learning

The mission of the Center for Service and Learning (CSL) is to involve students, faculty, and staff in service activities that mutually benefit the campus and community.

In the 2011-2012 academic year, Community Service and Civic Engagement Staff sponsored 44 events, engaging over 2,970 students, faculty, staff and community members in 18,220 hours of service to over 194 community partners.
